Elisabeth Bertram is a dynamic talent development executive and leadership coach with extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and business growth consulting. As the Principal Consultant & Founder of EBCC, she has successfully built and developed a robust human resources consulting, executive coaching, and talent development practice from the ground up. Her expertise lies in coaching leaders to optimize their styles and competencies, designing innovative talent management strategies, and facilitating high-performance team trainings.
Her career includes impactful roles at Slalom, Sysco, AWS, and Amazon, where she led numerous initiatives in talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and leadership coaching. Elisabeth is well-versed in strategic planning, change management, and executive collaboration, consistently driving organizational effectiveness and transformation.
With a rich educational background, including a Master of Science in Organization Development and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, Elisabeth combines analytical acumen with a deep understanding of human behavior to empower leaders and organizations. Her approach is rooted in creating measurable change, aligning operations with company values, and enhancing leadership and team dynamics.
